  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Instructions

For the Ground Beef and Zucchini Stir-fry:

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add the zucchini, onion, and bell pepper and cook until softened.
  4. Add the garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper and cook for 1 minute more.
  5. Add the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.

  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
